Tasty Turkey Bolognaise
Serves 4
1pack of 454g Hogan’s Farm Turkey Mince
1 tin of tomoatoes
1 finely chopped green pepper
1 finely chopped onion
2 gloves of garlic minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp of black pepper
450g spaghetti
2 tablespoons of cooking oil

2 tablespoons of cooking oil

Heat cooking oil in a large frying pan, add turkey mince. Stir occasionally for 5 mins until cooked. Stir in a tin of chopped tomatoes, green pepper, onion, garlic, oregano and black pepper. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Cook spaghetti according to the directions on pack. Drain well.

Serve the bolognaise sauce over the spaghetti and serve over crusty bread.
