Hot n’Spicy
Turkey Tortilla Wraps
1 pack of 400g Turkey Stirfry
1 pack of soft corn tortillias
I bunch of spring onions chopped
1 Chopped red pepper
1 large red/ green chilli deseeded and finely chopped
1 Tub 100g/40 oz Sour Cream
2 gloves of garlic minced into juice of 1 lime
4 tablespoons cooking oil
Salt and Pepper
1 pack of soft corn tortillias

1 Tub 100g/40 oz Sour Cream
2 gloves of garlic minced into juice of 1 lime
4 tablespoons cooking oil
Salt and Pepper

Heat a large frying pan, add two tablespoons of oil, sliced pepper and stirfry for 2 to 3 mins.
Remove while still keeping warm.
Add the remaining oil to the pan and heat until hot.
Add the turkey pieces, crushed garlic, chilli, seasoning, and stirfry for 5 to 6 minutes.
Once the turkey is cooked sprinkle with lime juice.
Warm tortillas as per directions on pack.

Lay tortilla ona plate, spoon over some of the soured cream, stirfry mixture, cooked peppers and spring onion. Roll up tortilla and serve.
