Because there is no bone, allow roughly 350–400g per person. A 2kg+ joint serves about 6; 3kg+ serves 10–12; 4kg+ serves 14–16; 5kg+ serves 18–20.
Yes. We deliver chilled across the 12 Leinster counties for a flat €14 charge. Choose delivery at checkout, pick your county, then choose an available date. Louth, Meath, Dublin and Kildare deliver on 22 or 23 December; Carlow, Kilkenny, Laois, Offaly, Longford, Westmeath, Wicklow and Wexford deliver on 21 December. Delivery dates are subject to change.
Yes. Choose farm collection at checkout and select your collection day (21 to 24 December). On 24 December we close at 12pm. Dedicated collection days mean there is no queuing.
