Cook it in a dish beside the bird. Stuffing packed into the cavity slows the heat reaching the centre, so the breast overcooks by the time the stuffing is safe.
Cook it in a separate dish. That is the same rule we give for any stuffing: the bird cooks more evenly, and the stuffing reaches a safe temperature without drying the breast.

Louth, Meath, Dublin and Kildare deliver on 22 or 23 December; Carlow, Kilkenny, Laois, Offaly, Longford, Westmeath, Wicklow and Wexford deliver on 21 December. Delivery dates are subject to change.
